Biography:
Dr. Lucia Richter is a clinical oncologist with a Master’s degree in Molecular Oncology and certified expertise in cancer genetic counseling. She is Head of the Oncology Department at her institution, Vice President of ALAMO (Latin American Association of Women in Oncology), and President of the Palliative Care Society of Santa Cruz, Bolivia. Her clinical and research focus includes uro-oncology and sarcomas. Dr. Richter is actively engaged in advancing cancer care through multidisciplinary collaboration, precision medicine, and palliative care advocacy across Latin America
